Terms

What you get, and what you don't.

Plain terms for buying a seat at a live dagan.ai workshop.

What you are buying

A seat at a live online workshop. It runs over Zoom, on the dates and at the times shown on the workshop page. One purchase covers both evenings of a cohort. Groups are small and capped, and the cap is shown on the page.

The price on the workshop page is the total you pay.

What you need before you start

A laptop, and a paid Claude subscription of roughly 20 US dollars a month that you buy directly from Anthropic. It is not included in the price and it is not paid to us. The free version of Claude does not do the things we build in the session. If you turn up without it you will not be able to follow along, so please sort it out before the first evening.

What happens after you pay

If the confirmation has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then email adi@dagan.ai.

What is not included

Cancelling

The full policy is on the refunds and cancellations page.

If the workshop is moved or cancelled

If too few people sign up, or if something stops the session running, the dates may move. You will be told by email as soon as it is decided. You then choose: a full refund, or a seat in the next cohort. Your choice, not ours.

Behaviour in the room

These are small live groups. Anyone who makes the session unusable for other people can be removed, and in that case there is no refund. This has never happened and is here only so the rule exists.

Your material and ours

Anything you build during a workshop is yours, with no restriction. The handouts and the summary sheet are for your own use. Please do not resell them or redistribute them.

Recording

Sessions are not recorded unless the workshop page for that cohort says they are. If a session is recorded, you are told before it starts, and you can keep your camera and microphone off.

Liability

The workshop teaches you how to use AI tools. What you then build with them, and what you connect them to, is your decision and your responsibility. Nothing here is legal, financial or tax advice.

Law

Spanish law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
