Refunds and cancellations

Change your mind? Here is the rule.

The refund window, what happens if we move the dates, and the one email address that handles it.

The short version

Why it is shaped like that

Seats are capped and the group is small. A seat you release a week out can go to someone on the waiting list. A seat released the night before cannot, which is why the late window is half rather than nothing.

How to ask for one

Email adi@dagan.ai with the word refund in the subject line and the name you booked under. You do not have to give a reason.

You get a reply within two working days confirming the amount. The money goes back to the card you paid with, and takes up to 10 working days to land, depending on your bank.

If you cannot make one of the two evenings

Tell us before the cohort starts and you can move to the next one at no charge. The two evenings are built to work together, so moving the whole booking is almost always better than attending half.

If the workshop is not what you expected

Tell us. Email adi@dagan.ai within 7 days of the second session and say what was wrong. Complaints get read and answered by a person, not a form.

Right of withdrawal, if you are in the EU

EU consumer law normally gives you 14 days to change your mind about something bought online. For a live event held on a set date, that right does not apply once the date has passed, under Article 103 of the Spanish consumer act. The policy at the top of this page is what we offer instead, and for most buyers it is more generous than the 14 days would have been.

Chargebacks

If you think you were charged wrongly, email first. Almost everything is quicker to fix directly than through your bank, and a refund requested by email is usually back with you before a bank dispute has even been opened.
