Who holds your data
—, tax ID —, —, is the data controller. Contact: adi@dagan.ai.
What is collected, and why
- When you reserve a seat: your name, email address and phone number. Used to hold the seat, send the Zoom link and the receipt, and send the reminders before each session. The legal basis is the contract between us.
- When you pay: Stripe handles the card. We receive the amount, the date, the last four digits and whether it succeeded. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you join the newsletter or download the MYOS kit: your first name and email address, on the basis of your consent. There is an unsubscribe link in every email.
- When you email or message: whatever you write, kept so the conversation makes sense next time.
What is not collected
There are no advertising trackers, no analytics profiles built about you, and nothing sold to anyone. What you build during a workshop stays on your own laptop, in your own accounts. It is never uploaded to us.
Who else processes it
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd — payments.
- MailerLite — the confirmation, reminder and newsletter emails.
- Zoom — running the live sessions.
- Railway — hosting this website.
Each of them handles it on our instructions. Where any of them stores data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer runs on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long it is kept
- Booking and payment records: six years, because Spanish tax law requires it.
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days.
- Emails and messages: three years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask for it in a portable format, or object to it being used. Email adi@dagan.ai and you get an answer within a month, usually much sooner.
If you are not happy with the answer, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, at aepd.es.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only things stored in your browser are what a page needs to work, such as remembering that you already submitted a form. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when it serves them.
Children
The workshops are sold to adults. Nothing here is aimed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
