What is sold here

Seats at live online workshops, run over Zoom on published dates. The workshop page lists the dates, the times, the length, the language and the price before you buy anything. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us, and we never see or store a card number.

If something goes wrong

Email adi@dagan.ai and say what happened. You get an answer within two working days.

If we cannot sort it out between us, you can take it to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
